Difference You Should Know Between Entry-level And Mid-range Smartphones

Today will I will be showing you the difference between an entry-level phone and a mid-range device. An entry-level smartphone is a mobile communications device that is closer to an enhanced (mid-range) phone in specification and usage. They are intended for average users, it uses less powerful hardware, with smaller memory and lower storage capacity, and thus runs also on a less powerful operating system, some runs on the latest OS. Most of the their Ram are either 1GB or 2GB and Rom 16/32GB, this phones ain't meant to play heavy games like PUBG and the likes so as not to have the game foreclosing itself.

Mid-range phones on the other hand are more task-specific be it for gaming or the likes. This means that usually, some of their features are of higher value than those features in the entry-level phones that have a moderation of specs, quality and price. They derive some things from the flagships phone, like camera, processor, Rdr and good storage.

Difference Between Entry-level And Mid-range Smartphones.

Camera

When it comes to camera a mid-range device has advantage over an entry-level phone, because most mid-range phones comes with 48MP rear camera while entry-level phone comes with 13MP. So you can see that both cameras are not the same when it comes to quality.

Storage

Mid-range phones come with 4/64GB & 6/128GB, while entry-level phone 2/32GB,3/32GB & 4/64GB. You can see that mid-range has lot of storage and can handle multitasking, heavy gaming and co.

Processor

The Mid-range comes with good processor for smooth running of the phone, than entry-level phones due to it heavy usage.

OS

Some of the entry-level phones do come with the same OS with that of the mid-range, phone but they are very few and it depends on the manufacturer.

Battery

Well there are entry-level phones with battery capacity of 5000mAh, so I will say both mid-range and entry-level phones do come with the same battery capacity. Some mid-range phone like Samsung battery ain't up to 5000mAh, so you need to think twice about it.

Display

Mid-range devices come with good display and screen resolutions unlike entry-level phones.

Price

Entry-level phones are budget friendly because they don't cost much unlike the mid-range device. You can get close to the features of a mid-range phone in an entry-level phone like battery capacity and others.
